Refs #116 (1 CRITICAL, 1 HIGH)

  • Pin nginx:alpine to specific digest
  • Add USER nginx to stage 3
  • Add HEALTHCHECK
  • Add apk upgrade --no-cache in alpine stage

Close #116 only after hardened image builds and scans clean.
