Refs #115 (3 CRITICAL, 39 HIGH vulns)

  • Add apt-get upgrade -y to patch nvidia-egl-desktop CVEs
  • Pin Zotero deb download to specific version+checksum
  • Add --no-install-recommends to apt calls
  • Add HEALTHCHECK

Close #115 only after hardened image builds and scans clean.
