Dry-run all pipelines and validate every Expr.output contract:

Load each pipeline module
For each Expr with output set, verify columns match SQLTable
Report mismatches with clear schema.table and column diff
Exit code 0 if clean, 1 if any mismatch
Support --pipeline flag to validate a single pipeline
