Replace every hardcoded path in src/ and dev/ with from conf import cfg, path.

Targets:

bib.store.Store default data/bib.sqlite → path('db.bib')
aco.lake.context default notebooks/aco.duckdb → path('db.aco')
bcda.client / bcda.store defaults → cfg.bcda.* / path('storage.bcda')
rex.store / rex.pipe defaults → cfg values
pfs.pipe hardcoded connection → path('db.aco')
dev/scripts/generate_models.py defaults → cfg.generate.*
All notebook paths → path() calls

Acceptance: grep -r 'notebooks/aco.duckdb\|data/bib.sqlite' src/ returns zero hits.
