fix: compose notebooks mount — remove :ro from parent to allow nested loch.css bind

infra/marimo mounted :ro blocked the nested loch.css file mount from
creating its mountpoint. Removed :ro from the parent; child mounts
(loch.css, home-page-patched.js) remain :ro individually.
