chore: marimo 0.23.13 regeneration of pfs_calcs; Zotero ACS style auto-update (2026 revision)

Tool-generated churn left in the shared checkout: marimo rewrote the
notebook header/cell signatures on open, and the Zotero client refreshed
its bundled ACS CSL. No behaviour change.
