chore(notebooks): bump marimo to 0.23.1 + hide noisy cell in skin_sub_pricing

Marimo serialized version bump in two skin-substitute notebooks;
also hide_code=True on the rvu_ts cell so the chart shows by
default without scrolling past the SQL.
